Chase and a helper came out to my house to install a new water heater and haul away the old one. They were prompt, amiable and easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions. Took about 2 and a half hours to do the job, at the quoted price. He gave me a lot of advice and really went into detail about things to look out for when he was finished. Very good experience overall and I would recommend.

Our water heater was corroded, leaking and nonfunctional when I called Chase. He installed a new one for us the next day. He pointed out our flue was no longer connected and explained we were getting carbon monoxide into the house every time the water heater ran. When he was done, we had a new, updated appliance and several other repairs to various valves and pipes. Chase is personable, friendly and professional.

He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, explained his processes as he was completing the installation and made sure we understood the features and to call him should there be any issues. Chase cleaned the floor from his dolly upon completing the work and was finished with the installation in less than two hours. Everything was neat and clean when he left.
